AU WORKSHOP - JANUARY Welcome to Recollé's AU Workshop! On this post players new and old are encouraged to help one another make connections for their AU lives and to ask for or offer ideas if they so choose. Reservation dates can also be found on the game calendar and coincide with the TDM. • For current players who are interested in 2nd or 3rd characters, please review and follow our policy about AC! To reserve a 2nd character you must have a pass for the previous month's AC with your first character. For a 3rd character, you must have a pass for the previous two months' AC for both of your characters. In addition, we do ask that the AC for the current month be met and filled into your AC comment by the time of your reserve. It must be full AC. This means you must have 20 comments between at least 2 and at most 4 threads and one memory regain listed for the current month's AC period. + A senior at Recolle High School. When asked about her future plans-- well. She doesn't have them set out. She knows she'll go to college but as for what she'll study, she's undecided and honestly hasn't put a lot of time into thinking about it yet.
+ Not much of book-smart girl. She studies about as much as she has to and has decent grades but it's not her idea of fun. She maintains a B average to keep teachers and family off her case though.
+ Absolutely hates being bored. Which is why she'll try anything once.
+ Studied martial arts -- Karate (brown belt) and Aikido
+ Took dance classes as a young girl but quit when she was ten. Other things to do!
+ Took art classes and still enjoys sketching from time to time. She's got a cute style, but she's pretty good.
+ Likes to play video games in her free time. And in this, like almost everything else, she's super competitive. She goes all out.
+ Spends as much time with her friends as she can. But she's bad at stuff like just sitting and watching movies though-- she's that person that makes snide comments the whole time and you're either laughing at or trying to kill to get her to shut up.

LOOKING FOR:

- Classmates and friends!! If you're easy to pick on and have fun reactions, it's likely she did so, but it's fairly easy to tell it's not coming from a mean-spirited place but a friendly/playful one. (But if you're sensitive maybe you didn't notice and that's A+ too.) Likewise if you were more of a troublemaker she miiiight have bullied you a little. Especially if you were the type to make comments about how short she is/how young she looks. She's kind of fierce. And she absolutely wouldn't go easy on those who'd be mean to others. (She miiiiiight have punched you a time or something but. It's fine. Probably.) As for friends a lot of the people she teases are actually the people she really likes. And in the AU she's better at showing it. She could especially use friends that will shitpost/text about stupid shit with her and go do fun stuff like going out to eat, karaoke, whatever! Boredom is her worst enemy. If they had classes together they might recognize her as that girl that may or may not have slept through a history/math class or two... or as the girl who was decent at art!

Likewise any teachers might. Know her for some of those things too and I'd be right there for that CR as well.

Or you know. Dating is a thing. Past/present girlfriends and boyfriends are welcome. Dating isn't something she looks for in life but if it happened she'd take it fairly seriously.

- Family!! I don't have much set up in advance for family but I would love more if anyone wants to have her! Siblings, cousins, parents-- whatever! Right now she only has her half-sister Korra and her Uncle Kazuma Kiryu.

- Others!!! Anyone she might have met through martial arts/dance/what have you that she would have kept in touch with! She's all about friends.
OPTIONAL ENABLE ME: I was also considering Akane from Zero Escape, so I'll absolutely accept enabling too, even if it might be for a future round.

I want her and Mio to be friends and maybe they'd text each other about how they messed with people online or something? Mio doesn't have time to hang out with other people since she's busy a lot of the time due to her having heiress duties but she'll definitely make time for Edna!! Because teasing is one of the things that Mio's good at and she would 100% appreciate someone who does the same.

Together their trolling powers are Too Strong. Which means it absolutely needs to happen. Edna will make sure she makes time to take a break when she needs it and send her dumb texts and pics to make her laugh.

Rise's been taking dance classes in Recollé since she was about 7 (they're the same age) so it's possible maybe they met via sharing the same studio before Edna quit? Rise's focus is on ballet but she likes watching other forms of dance, too. But there's also the fact they're in the same grade so they could absolutely know each other or have classes together or what-have-you? Rise in her AU is a little more shy than her canon self but she's a lot more comfortable with people she knows and she's pretty easy to tease and get along with regardless.

That would be fantastic. She'll definitely keep in touch-- she might even stop by to watch once in a while when she has time. Edna will tease her with love but also fight anyone who upsets her.

laughs, Kiryu is one of Mafuyu's number one favorite people in the city whose house she drops by unannounced sometimes so it'd be great if they got to be friends somehow too? She just turned 17 this December and she would be that friend who shitposts and wants to go out to eat or play at the arcade every other day

Yes, please! Edna spends a lot of time there and even plays games with her nerd uncles so they'd absolutely run into one another, and Edna is always down for games.

I feel like Edna would def love trolling/teasing Yuu here. Like she could probably basically be his resident Shinoa in au form. This friendship in image form basically. I mean she does have a crush on him but Yuu is oblivious because shounen determination on Other Things.

And since his cousin Ava is dragging him along to aikido that could also be a thing?

But also Sakura knows Eizen so. There's also that for my second character here.

She absolutely would, 100%. They could meet at aikido and it starts as her teasing him about his form only for her to realize he's such a good target-- I mean friend. And so a friendship is born.

Tatsuo teaches at one of the karate dojo's in town! Utusuki Dojo, which is part of the Kyokushin school. He's been teaching there for over ten years, so even if she doesn't study there, she might have heard of him just from his presence in the local martial art community.

He also met Kiryu this past year :'D and grew up in the same orphanage as Majima. So sooner or later, they're probably going to meet.

You know... not as much as the others but she's absolutely done it. In that way where she thinks she's being clever enough not to get caught but absolutely would get caught.

Izuku here is also a senior and he would be a prime candidate for her to tease. He's extremely expressive but also really good natured. I can see them getting along as friends and maybe he could help her with school work seeing as he works as a tutor.

Mimi is the type who probably knows everyone, and considering she's kind of not-so-lowkey shitposty about a lot of things and loves to tease... these two could be a potentially hilarious duo. They're somewhat opposites in personality, but I feel like that might be fun to play with. If nothing else, they've probably had a few classes together.
