Welcome to Recollé's AU Workshop! On this post players new and old are encouraged to help one another make connections for their AU lives and to ask for or offer ideas if they so choose. CHARACTER: Orochimaru
CANON: Naruto
BLURB:

Oro Sannin is a first-generation child of two parents lost to a mall shooting. He was raised, if never formally adopted, by an old family friend whose affection and sense of responsibility blinded him to the darker thoughts his young ward was embracing. A prodigy, Oro advanced through school and university at an accelerated rate, somehow finding time to juggle medical school and the study of genetics all at once. He became an outspoken critic of aging and death during this time, often stating that it was medicine's first duty to 'solve' that problem for good, no matter the cost. These outspoken beliefs ultimately led to him being denied several prominent grants and positions on medical boards.

After this, Oro dropped out of sight, only recently re-emerging in a small private practice in Recollé.

LOOKING FOR:

People who knew him back in the day and what he was like. People who are currently his patients, especially ones who might be willingly submitting to unethical procedures. Most importantly, people who WILL be willing to submit to them, once he begins to get powers back -- and has the chance to make people believe he can help with THEIR issues, whatever they are, as well.

OPTIONAL ENABLE ME: So here's a potential long-term villain I think could cause some real trouble once people start to get a hint of their abilities, or shapes, back. This is one of many I'm tossing on this workshop, so I'm very much interested in who gets interest and feedback to help me decide who to app.

I can't offer a villain, but I am planning to app this alchemist girl that loves to experiments around with explosives, acids, and other weird things. If you need some ~~victim~~ people that he could discuss things, I could throw her at you later.

Granted that she would be weirded out by his antics sooner or later but hey there was an attempt at least.
