Welcome to Recollé's AU Workshop! On this post players new and old are encouraged to help one another make connections for their AU lives and to ask for or offer ideas if they so choose. Please respond to the post with the below form, and/or feel free to comment to anyone else to work things out! CHARACTER: The Griffin
CANON: The Griffin and the Minor Canon (by Frank Stockton)
BLURB:
-Probably in his 40s or 50s
-Has been through at least one war
-Has eaten human flesh before, although out of necessity
-The kind of guy who's always talking about "the good old days"
-Terrible with technology
-Pretty cynical about human nature overall
-Occasionally mentions how many people he's killed with his bare hands
-Has a lot of knives
-Had a crush on a member of the church when he was a young man, unsure if anything happened between them
-They were friends at least
-Ended up leaving his crush behind when rumors started spreading, not wanting to damage his crush's reputation
-Maybe he enlisted then?
-Has done a bunch of odd jobs over the years, can handle almost anything

LOOKING FOR:
-Fellow older guys he can shoot the breeze with
-Someone to teach him about technology
-Either diligent young people for him to hold up as exemplars or slackers who will get into arguments with him
-Also would like to find a PB for him, no real racial preference but would prefer light brown hair

OPTIONAL ENABLE ME:
-Man if someone wanted to play the Minor Canon as his young adult crush I would die happy
