CHARACTER: Ana Amari
CANON: Overwatch
BLURB:

• 60 yr old grandma
• Old war vet/sniper who was discharged after a mission went badly and left her blind in one eye.
• Was classified as MIA for a brief time before her discharge like 6 months, not 6 years, gdi Ana
• Used to have a strained relationship with her daughter concerning her future and military life, but things have smoothed over since her return and discharge.
• Moved to Recolle recently to settle into "retirement".
• Apparently doesn't like the idea of retirement, since she volunteers her time towards organizing the Neighborhood Watch and teaching martial arts to kids. Says it helps keep her in shape.
• Keeps a pet bird named Shrike, which was given to her by her old comrades as a retirement gift and named after her callsign as an inside joke.
• Likes collecting teacups. Can sometimes be found sitting on her porch drinking tea with her bird on her shoulder.
• Is very much a morning person. Gets up at dawn every day and goes for a jog around town.
• Is still a very good shot with a gun, but doesn't like talking about her military days.
• Not sure yet if I want her to be an immigrant or not--and if I do, whether she should be first or second gen. There's pros and cons to each option. :/ Kinda leaning towards having her move to Recolle be her move from her country of origin, though. I'll decide after I see what ideas are thrown my way for CR

LOOKING FOR: Literally anything! Her family is kinda set unless a Pharah wants to make family drama more real, but she'll adopt younger people right and left. She also needs friends. Come be friends. Or old war buddies. Anything.
OPTIONAL ENABLE ME: Also maybe considering Pharah instead, but I haven't tried her before, and I don't have many ideas for her yet.

Idek why or how they could meet but Tris has a bird named Shriek in canon and it's amusing to me that it's so close.

That's why she's standing in ridiculous lines for her tea fix
so tiny a need
she's not one of those people who has to have water at the perfect temperature and all the little rituals
but she has Preferences

i vote they meet over some tea talk and tris finds out she has a bird and it's magic Or Ana just finds out that Tris is far less prickly with animals yknow whatever

Maybe not war buddies from the start, but I'd love for them to be older friendos since they'll both be on the old end for rp-land. And I'm sure she could help when suddenly Albert remembers he had a gun for a hand.

Koutarou here could be a general bother for the Neighborhood Watch not because he intends or wants to cause trouble or anything but because he doesn't look where he's going/stops in the middle of walking when he wants to draw something at completely inappropriate times and stays out drawing where he should and stuff of that sort. As an apology he could paint some teacups for her collection. And draw her bird whenever he sees it. (He also grew up in a dojo - abandoned that path to become a painter - so martial arts could be a thing.)
