[ Mika's definitely surprised at said altruism. They look like a well off individual, from the brand clothing (he works here enough to recognize the logos) to the nicely applied makeup. In comparison, Mika's just wearing the shop's uniform and apron, but he's sure there's a leaf or two stuck on him and "I've been here since early morning" is written on his face. ]

[ Normally, he'd push off the kind gesture, too. He prefers it more subtly, or people treating him like he's human. That does happen in a retail setting, as much as the disasters. But... he's hungry, and the pretty stranger has a point, he has more work after this. It's probably a bit rude, but he sighs, giving up the fight he didn't even put up, then makes a small squeak when his hand is taken. He's definitely lost.
At the food court, he's looking at the signs, trying to figure out what sounds... nice, but not expensive. He doesn't eat at the food court often. ]
