Hey so this is a huge long shot and I totally understand if it doesn't jive with your plans but:

This guy, Theo, used to belong to a family that actually adopted several kids for a brief time before his parents died. Theo was taken in by his aunt and uncle, but they didn't want to take care of the other kids that they had no biological relationship with, so the rest went back into the foster care system. Theo's currently 23 and his parents died eleven years prior, when he was 12.

Would youuuu possibly be interested in them having been siblings for a little while when they were kids? Theo's moved on in life, so even if he still feels a bit guilty about losing track of the kids he regarded as siblings, he hasn't really made an effort to find them again now, but it'd be interesting if he were to come across one of them again.
