They can be secretly judgmental together it's okay. But I would definitely love that! He'd be more than happy to hire just about anybody that seems personable (and Amuro also being a cafe waiter helps a little.) Luke recently inherited the bar but since it's something that was NPC-owned I think we can either say that Amuro was hired on while Luke was training or he's a brand new hire, whichever you'd like!
