I have Caelum here whose AU name will be Ainsley and she's an elementary school teacher! If you want, Celia could have been a former student of hers. Ainsley believes in positive reinforcement and encouraging students to follow what they love in terms of subjects. So she does her best to tailor her teachings to match the needs/interests of the students and goes out of her way to see how they're doing after classes.

She also is happy to keep in contact with her students when they move on to middle school and then high school if they'll allow her, going out of her way to recommend them books or things they may like and if they need help in any homework or projects they're welcome to go to her. Basically Ainsley could be a role model for her and do her best to support and care for her. Celia would have been someone she looked out for her in particular.
