because he thinks it's funny and people respond to him baiting them /face in hands
i was talking more about the habit of letting people take pictures of you shirtless
but i can see how it sounded like i meant both
that being said it IS the exact type of photo you see on online dating sites or tinder so who am i to judge? maybe you do have a habit of both
