As a bonus and as indicated in this post, Chiyo has a self-appointed mission to deliver Valentine giftsfrom everyone to everyone she can. I've talked to the mods, and they've said that Joanne would notice and take pity on her and arrange for any Valentine gifts characters gave Chiyo to deliver to reach groups away on missions.
