I have, yeah. Sometimes it's kind of surreal since there's times when they'd mirror a situation that I just had, but there's times when they don't, too. It's probably different for everyone, but personally the memories seem to match the kind of person I am now in a lot of ways, even if there are distinct differences between my current self and my past self.
But even if your past self was a bad person - in the off chance that winds up being the case, take this as a hypothetical - I think what matters the most is what you do in this life now. To correct the mistakes that your past self made and use those memories to push yourself forward. That's my personal opinion, anyway.
