Kokichi is a huge jerk and a troll but Yuuki knows better than anyone else how kind and caring he is and the lengths he'll go through for others, especially her. She knows he worries about her, and for a long time that was a very one-sided thing, because she kind of figured he knew how to handle himself well enough. And why wouldn't she? He's always confident in himself and being silly with his lies and jokes and trolling - of course he has things together. Even if she knew there were layers to his actions and figured he was taking some things more seriously than he liked to give off, it never really occurred to her that he might have struggled with anything outside of her being sick.
But with Retrospec things happening, it's becoming clearer to her that her impression wasn't the case at all. She's a lot more worried for his sake as well, and although she's trying to stay upbeat (and does legitimately equate a lot of this to ~*RPG ADVENTURES*~ whoa), she absolutely doesn't want anything bad to happen to him, as a result of the physical dangers presented by the wonky state of the world or anything that could come of traumatic memories.
It's been weird for her, remembering a life where he wasn't her brother, but after everything they've been through, she's already decided that no matter what she remembers, it won't change her views on them as siblings.
