i'm trying to think of how they'd know each other because rose doesn't attend uni, and she's not likely to make friends at a coffee shop no matter how frequently she goes, but arthur is probably the exact kind of person that would drive her crazy with his ethics debates and i think it'd be hilarious LMFAO. she's like velvet in the "prickly, short-tempered, blunt" personality department. if he asked her why she thinks birds fly she'd probably respond with a blank look and "r u 4 real."

also, she too has really terrible past life memories regarding family, so when that time comes for him they could ???? maybe bond over their past selves being awful???? i'm really grasping at straws here i'm sorry.
