Arthur would have been 10 when Derek's parents died, and yeah they died on the outskirts of recolle, but no one in the family knew they were on the run (plus who keeps up with thee family of your in-laws.) What if years later Arthur had heard that some relative of an aunt when on the run with their family and they are missing, probably dead? and then he meets Derek and thinks, man he looks like the pic of this dead family member... just way older. But like doesn't thin much of it until him and Derek start talking and becoming friends due to both being on the app?
