I think some are fine. Just keep the ones that can kill me away. I mean besides hippogriffs and dragons, there are also nifflers, which are pretty cool. They are these rodents that are similar to a mole of some sort. They can sniff out treasure and hide it in their pouch. Kind of useful right?
