It depends a lot on what the clones were for, yeah. I guess I'd make a whole planet's worth if that's what it took, but assuming I would need to take care of them all myself (and pay for all the cat food, etc.)... ... Probably just the one more, actually. Or maybe two (so three total). And also one or two for any of my friends who needed her.
