the first time rose looked it up she realized it was something she really does like, but probably every time after that she just could NOT understand it and gave up on ever figuring it out again. she'll still at least try to look it up after violet explains but she's always like "yeah........ like i thought......... what the fuck"

TO BE FAIR TO VIOLET rose is VERY dedicated to making it seem like an avant-garde fashion statement and not a horrifying eye loss. ever since her hair turned white she's been dyeing it a bunch of different colors and combos since white makes it easy. she'll try to explain it to her as best she can... but tbh she'd probably be just as happy letting violet believe it's not real for as long as she can, oops.

on another tangent, rose has remembered a little bit about three and armisael in particular, and tbh she's probably thought at least offhand "violet would dig these dolls if this was some kind of horror movie or something and not actually real jesus"
