I really think they're not all that bad, though. I've seen plenty of others using them so far and they seem fine enough ... They're unusual, maybe, but not dangerous. Shouldn't we enjoy a little bit of spice in our lives?
( granted, miai half grew up with the circus, so that might account for his particular nonchalance toward the strange and fantastic in this situation. )
