[ you think after her last attempt in trying to catch a wayward balloon she'll leave these ones well alone but no. first she hears augustine's attempts to diffuse the argument between the students and then she turns to see the balloons in the air.

without thought, she does a little hop or two on the stool she's standing on to grab some of them. this time, thankfully, she manages to catch three without much incident. when she's satisfied with her retrieval, she quickly gets down the stool to head over where the kerfuffle was going down. ]

If you really must carry on this heated discussion, despite the professor's attempts to dissuade you, I do suggest you all have it somewhere that will afford you more privacy. [ never once does she raise her voice nor try to appear strict or intimidating. instead she does her best to be mild-mannered yet firm and disappointed at their behaviour, her suggestion heavy with the implication it was the best one here, perhaps. ]
