Going on a date (or three) is not the same as dating, and she'll go on a date with who seems fun, who it seems like she might have chemistry with, whatever. In the same vein, unless she's serious enough about someone that she's willing to introduce them to other people as someone she's dating, she doesn't tell her friends/family their names for the most part. There's a few exceptions in some friends who she may or may not have blurry lines with or someone who is really recurring but...
