He suddenly feels like an incredible weakling, crawling around on his belly so he won't be caught off-guard by someone to whom he might have to prostrate himself.

Still, he can't deny that Kei looks genuinely pleased with the revelation, which is the last reaction Heigo would ever expect. Should he be encouraged by that fact, or alarmed?]
