Well, if you're talking about people who suddenly end up confused, that would be Retrospec users. I don't know exactly how many of us there are... I'd guess between 100 and 200? We do all live in Recollé. New users tend to show up in groups every month or two. And sometimes people lose access to the app, and when that happens, they forget pretty much everything about being on it. It's weird.
