Hux is luckily carrying an umbrella on him as he looks at the unusual rain that continues to fall in this town. It shouldn't be physically possible in any sort of way, but he nonetheless seems to be enjoying the scenery here. He's always been fond of this type of weather.
Although, if there's anyone nearby that is getting soaked, he'll lend part of his umbrella to help cover you up.]
[For someone that looks Irish, he doesn't seem to be having a lot of fun. He's just walking around with a grumpy sort of expression and trying to get to his destination in peace.
Although, he isn't wearing any green... and he's a rather tall and easy target to pinch.]
