AU WORKSHOP - MARCH Welcome to Recollé's AU Workshop! On this post players new and old are encouraged to help one another make connections for their AU lives and to ask for or offer ideas if they so choose. Reservation dates can also be found on the game calendar and coincide with the TDM. • For current players who are interested in 2nd or 3rd characters, please review and follow our policy about AC! To reserve a 2nd character you must have a pass for the previous month's AC with your first character. For a 3rd character, you must have a pass for the previous two months' AC for both of your characters. In addition, we do ask that the AC for the current month be met and filled into your AC comment by the time of your reserve. It must be full AC. This means you must have 20 comments between at least 2 and at most 4 threads and one memory regain listed for the current month's AC period. Question! Being half-British, did Lily ever live in the UK?

I'm asking because Noah's dad was a clown/entertainer who worked in the UK and would sometimes do birthday parties that Noah would help out at too. If she was in the UK at any point, maybe she could be one of the spoiled kids they did a birthday party for?

YES! I was thinking that she lived there until she was old enough to start going to school and they moved. That would be perfect though!

Noah's dad probably found her SUPER CUTE and doted on her, while Noah being socially awkward crabby pants he is was probably like WHY IS SHE DOING THIS!!! I DON'T GET IT!!

But Xiaolang (Syaoran) is 13, from a wealthy family himself, and also has a dog! (who is really his AU!cousin's, but shhh) He's probably a grade above her, and set to graduate in June, but I'd kill for him to have more friends closer to his age?? (I mean, he has Sakura, but that's.... Complicated right now, so) He's mature but also still a bit bratty himself, and he's in the same-ish boat of 'having difficulties making friends'

DOGGO PLAYDATES!!! His dog (or rather, his cousin's dog, but they live together so IT'S TECHNICALLY HIS TOO--) is a white miniature poodle named Jasmine who's super friendly and sweet, so she'd probably get along with Tatcher very well!! And also Lily, because Jasmine loves E V E R Y O N E

But HAHA that's fine!! Xiaolang's just..... the weird outlier kid who's too serious about stuff (except when he's around his crush, to which he becomes a human tomato), so it'd probably be good to have someone who acts a bit more their age hanging around with him? Though he may wind up bickering with her a lot too, sobs

May has a doggo herself! Although this one's her service dog, so there's not much petting allowed. Still, a dog's gotta stretch and play, so they could've met while she was doing so? They can chill and talk about fantasy books; she's the type who won't give in to demands, though, and be pretty honest about it.

Soooo, just throwing it out there, but Eleanor has a spot in her npc family for a bratty little sister.

They're a fairly rich but not excessively so family, so plenty of room for brattiness and being spoiled.

Edit: OH and they lived in England years ago (until Lily would have been three or four?) if you need that as part of your backstory/want her to have an accent, haha.

Right? I thought so too! So the general timeline I have is they were in England for three years or so, which means she could've been born in the states, lived in england till she was four, if that...makes sense.

I've been pretty vague about the specifics of her sisters in case someone came along to play one of them, so we can pretty much force any important details in there, haha. Mom's a big high-powered business executive, dad is a weirdo writer/journalist. They have money and a dog named Grace.

Oh, two siblings? So there would be Eleanor, another vaguely undefinied sister around Lily's age, and Lily.

Cloud, particularly at the age I'm apping him (25), has a weird tendency to collect/adopt preteens. It's more like they adopt him, actually, because he's a big sucker and has a tendency to do what they tell him to. He's particularly compatible with people that have loud, colorful personalities that contrast with his own. Cloud would be kind of a weird friend, but he's pretty harmless. Unless he goes into protective older brother mode, which I think is always fun to watch. He's a fantasy/sci-fi nerd, hangs around at bookstores, is very friendly with dogs, and helps make props for middle/high school drama productions.
