I think the ages do work out that Sigma could have moved back to Recolle and gotten hired just before he dropped out, and he has a good enough memory for faces/names that he'd remember him later :|a it does depend why Kei wanted to start one (or at least told him was the reason) but on the other hand, he's... slightly a moron...
