Soleil and Astin (Astolfo) have an elder sibling that would be really neat to have around. We have kept their family very vague (nothing about the eldest sibling's age, gender, personality, etc; their parents are rich but very distant) so things should be pretty flexible. Bonus points if they regain pink hair and/or have a name that goes with the sun and stars Soleil & Astin have going. Not required, but I just really love running gags and themes.

Cousins, aunts/uncles, etc are neat too.

Previous flings/girlfriends for Soleil are cool, but in particular I'd like her first crush/first GF. I haven't thought much on it, but maybe they met in middle school and hadn't seen each other since then. I'm super flexible, but the more important/emotional/etc the better and a big gap in time would be fun.
