Hi, Recolle! This post can be for everyone in game (within the city and outside of)!

As a bonus and as indicated in this post, Chiyo has a self-appointed mission to deliver Valentine giftsfrom everyone to everyone she can. I've talked to the mods, and they've said that Joanne would notice and take pity on her and arrange for any Valentine gifts characters gave Chiyo to deliver to reach groups away on missions. Let everyone get something this Valentine's day. ♥

Kurt Wagner will be getting stuff for pretty much all of his friends! Mostly your standard boxes of chocolates plus dorky valentines cards (that all contain puns of course)

Byakuya Kirigiri (falsepretentious) is out of town on a mission but he'll arrange for chocolate deliveries (not the cheapest but not too expensive I guess? He's a college student) for most of his CR because he wants everybody to enjoy some chocolate on this day. They're accompanied by very simple and formally-written cards.

Unfortunately Mio Sonozaki is dealing with hell so she won't be able to have her chocolate delivered as all of her chocolate is... at home... but all of her CR will be getting handmade chocolate a little late when she gets back!

She'll at least tell her sister to take the chocolate she made from the fridge that she made this year (laughs)

Haru is stuck in hell with group 2, so chocolates are the last thing on her mind. But she'll be making a trip back home to celebrate with her friends, and everyone she's friends with will get a small bouquet of flowers with their favorite colors (or more neutral ones if she doesn't know). If you have CR with her, assume she'll give a bouquet to you!

Matt is busy with group 4 but in disguise as your local oddball vigilante. As far as his friends know he's still in the city and just super busy because of his work. The real entertainment: Will the things sent to him end up at his home or in his hands despite his identity cover efforts? Totally in his hands. Make it awkward for him please. Force him to carry around a sack full of Valentine's stuff in the wilderness addressed to "Matt" just to make his life difficult. Keep in mind someone might have to read your card to him.

He doesn't expect anything for Valentine's. Jury is still out on whether or not he tries to give anything to others.

As for gifts, Mio asked Xiaolang in the beginning of the month to help her with Valentine's chocolate, and he... kind of also made a bunch of chocolates for Sakura too because FRIENDS CAN GIVE FRIENDS CHOCOLATE FOR VALENTINE'S DAY!!! EVEN IF ONE OF THOSE FRIENDS LIKES THE OTHER IN A NON-FRIEND WAY!!!! TOTALLY!! Xiaolang pls you're a mess, STOP.... Of course, Xiaolang being away on group stuff and also being... himself, he wasn't planning to give it to Sakura in person, so it's in a box with a note that just has her name on it chilling in the fridge somewhere?? Although he's probably going to ask Chiyo to maybe also break into his home and grab his chocolates to send to her since they'd be a waste otherwise SOBS

That said, the only other CR that may be getting gifts/chocolate from him are probably Leon, Mio and maybe Li-Na? Definitely smaller chocolates/boxes in comparison to Sakura, but still handmade because he had nothing better to do while helping out with Mio's chocolates, GOSH!!
