I think that's 100% fair to say! She would at least be friendly with him and make sure he doesn't do anything crazy because Izuku why?? I think given that she would have at least 10 years of schooling in the city by the time she's in-game they would definitely have been classmates, shared classes and probably looked out for each other even while doing their own things. I'm definitely good with them being friends c:
