She's probably at least seen him around in passing at least if he visits the high school and I imagine she's probably visited the cat cafe at least once or twice? Rise likes cats, I'm sticking with this canon and nobody can stop me. So I think at least for sure she'd recognize his face even if she doesn't precisely know who he is yet. Just "that one guy who works at the cat place" or "that one guy who keeps coming to visit people."
