this can DEFINITELY be arranged, she's probably put down a ton of notes on his contact card (for, uh, whatever kind of tech support she offers) and just rolls her eyes whenever she sees it's this idiot again. but she's gotta be professional and cheery and restore smiles!

and then of course the first time she hears his voice when she's not at work she loses it.
