BLURB:
- late-20s/early-30s ish? (how do you give a several hundred year old sword an age tbh)
- named Toshi, because lol Iwatooshi as a real-person name is just no
- former pro-MMA fighter, was one of those "unbeatable" types but then he lost to someone who wasn't even in his weight class
- you'd think this would be embarrassing but actually he was super delighted by it
- kind of loud, really boisterous, but very gentle
- if you need someone to kick the shit out of the bullies, this is your guy
- if you need someone to softly tell you everything's gonna be okay, this is still your guy
- probably moonlights as a bodyguard or a bouncer now
- or a nanny, oh my god, he'd probably be an amazing nanny
- super into minimalistic living and "living in the now"
- god. he probably juices.

LOOKING FOR:- Tiny people to carry around
- he is Very Protective of tiny people
- be short near Iwatooshi, gain a permanent (and loud) bodyguard/human taxi
- A boss????
- I mean he refers to the tiny people in his canon as his bosses

also listen, there is nothing in this world that says minimalistic living and expensive tastes can't work well together

instead of buying 30 bottles of wine just buy the one bottle of wine

May's 5'2 but would resent anyone insisting she needs a bodyguard, tbh

skip the bodyguard, keep the human taxi!

well she DOES need a convenient form of land travel when she's not out on her boat

also very small? also the once greatest enemy of warrior monks everywhere even if benkei was a good 400 years before her time

he'd tire her out so easily since she's kind of lazy and disgruntled but the more of her canon self she regains the more they'd get along

also she knows a fake benkei in canon so.

actually you know what im just gonna say fuck it and ask but i only noticed the "probably an amazing nanny" part after i finished writing that

so like i have a hirate masahide stand-in for her modern au who was nobunaga's retainer who was basically appointed by her dad to be like "hey maybe make sure that kid doesn't screw up". in the end his historical self had to commit suicide to covince him to straighten up and fly right, because nobunaga was just awful. the same thing would've basically happened for her in her own canon when she was alive.

in this au he just got fired
