CHARACTER: Keith
CANON: Voltron: Legendary Defender
BLURB:

-Eighteen and a foreigner from Japan.
-Was part of a foreign exchanged program at a High School in Recollé.
-Decided to attend college in Recollé and is a Freshman in Aerospace Engineering.
-Came from a very loving family.
-Bilingual (English and Japanese)
-On the Track and Field team (Short distance runner or maybe relay. He's a sprinter).
-A bit of a scrapper and very adept to hand to hand/martial arts. Has gotten into fights before. He also loves a good spar.
-Has a pet cat named Red.
-Kind of a loner, despite probably being popular. He kind of misses social cues and isn't up to speed with social media and pop culture. Very passionate in what he's into and his major and a hard worker with natural talent.
-Loves martial arts movies, space, cats, and giant robots. He totally watches sentai shows and giant robot shows. And might own some models.
-Has a bit of a temper, but manageable. He can be polite and hold his tongue though and keep his temper in check for the most part. Has lost his temper and gotten into fights, but much less so than one would imagine.
-Enjoys cooking/baking.

LOOKING FOR: Maybe someone who wants to be family with Keith. I can change up things about his history to fit people who'd like to be siblings or parents to Keith! I'm pretty open to anything though.
OPTIONAL ENABLE ME: I'm pretty set on Keith this round.

Minako is constantly working on her English so maybe Keith could be a friend who is also an English conversation partner? She's pretty athletic too so maybe they could see each other around the gym a lot. I haven't decided if she'll know how to fight in her AU, but him teaching her could also be an option if you'd like c:

I'd love that! The idea of them working on their English together sounds super fun and I'd love the idea of them getting together to work on words and phrases they might be unfamiliar with.

I'd be open to both. I imagine Keith took classes or learned martial arts from his parents so maybe having a sparring partner or teaching someone would keep him more in check not to get into fights.

I'm leaning towards her not knowing how to fight at the moment, so him teaching her is looking like the likely option atm! But we can figure that out later because I think it would be even more great if they nerded out over sentai shows together. IT'S A THING IN HER CANON, IN FACT.

hey!! keith is only a year older than dave, so they miiiight have crossed paths in highschool before he moved on? i'd be down for some sort of friendly acquaintance thing if you want, since dave doesn't mind tempers or loners that much.

Oh. I'd be game to work out something like that. Since I feel like Keith would be on track and field in high school and/or college so I imagine that he'd be accessible in some way even if he isn't generally trying to make friendly with people.

Considering what Dave is into, I feel like Keith would be completely mystified by what he talks about sometimes.

I've had cr with Umis before and have absolutely loved it so I AM ALL FOR MORE CR WITH LOVE LIVE.

I am always up for aggressive befriending. Heavens knows how else he has friends unless it's aggressive befriending anyways.

There's a bit of an age difference (Jamie's 14 and in middle school), but maybe Jamie's taking some intro engineering courses at the college or just hangs around the engineering department sometimes? He and Keith get into heated discussions about robot anime on the intertubes? They run into each other at the hobby store while buying model kits?

DONT LET AGE DIFFERENCES STOP YOU!!! Keith probably spends a good amount of time in the department. I can totally see them running into each other at a hobby store and maybe talk about different models together too!!

If Jamie is super interested in engineering, he may have been able to chat with Keith about it similarly like Jade, who's a year younger than Ketih.

...I could see Oikawa sort of adopting Keith because they're both Japanese, college freshmen, and doing things with space (he's more interested in astrophysics than engineering).

keith and peridot have probably crossed paths in engineering classes at the U! and they...would probably get along like oil and water, BUT IF YOU'RE INTERESTED IN BADGERING FRIENDSHIP then peridot is your girl! or they could be class project partners or something like that.

I AM 1000% DOWN FOR BADGERING FRIENDSHIP. That is basically most of Keith's friendships it seems. Has friends against his will. Eventually accepts it. He can't win.

I'm looking forward to this so much though. They can have engineering nerd convos together
